About Me

My name is Donielle Little, owner of Little & Co. Salon. I bring to you almost two decades experience in the hair and beauty industry and have loved every minute! My mission, as your stylist, is to give you a look that is unique to you, one that fits your personality and daily lifestyle. I will work with you every step of the way, ensuring you are 100% satisfied when you leave the salon. The foundation of my service is communication. I want you to be heard. Before we even begin, I ask every new client for complete honesty. I explain that if there is ever anything that needs to be tweaked or changed, to please not hesitate to tell me. I want you completely satisfied, and I am not happy until you are happy. Conducting my business in this manner has yielded hundreds of happy customers and I will continue to put the needs of my clients first.

During the last 10 years, I have honed my skills and look forward to continued growth as styles change. I have learned a lot about myself as a stylist and developed a true passion for Hair Extensions and the many creative ways they can be used.

There are so many stories you hear in this industry. “I wish my hair would grow, but it never gets past my shoulders”, “My hair has always been too thin to do much with”, “I had a terrible hair cut that is taking forever to grow out”, “Products do not seem to do enough for me, I still can’t get the full volume look I am looking for”. Two years into my career I had a new client in my chair practically in tears about an awful hair cut she had received somewhere else. There wasn’t much that could be done with it other than cut it really short or let it grow. I wasn’t willing to accept either of those options and wanted to recapture her confidence. This is when I started my love affair with hair extensions. I have been certified in multiple brands over the years and now specialize in 6 different methods. Hair extensions are known for offering instant length or volume, but they offer so much more. If you wanted to add dimension to your hair with out coloring it, adding some extensions can create this look for you. If you want to avoid the awkward in between stage when growing out your bangs, adding extensions around your face would blend them in and no one will ever know! I have worked with so many individuals, each with their own story. Some just want long hair for fun, some want extra volume, some have had stress alopecia and their hair is finally regrowing, some were told their hair would never get “that blonde” on the ends to create the ombre look they want. The joy and gratification I get from giving my clients something they were repeatedly told they couldn’t have, well, words can’t do justice for this feeling.

Over the years my passions grew and continued to develop. My fellow stylists started to turn to me for help developing their own skill sets when it came to working with Hair Extensions. This stemmed a new passion in me for education. I loved helping those around me hone their craft and watching them flourish and succeed! I am now a certified Bellami Educator and travel the nation to teach fellow stylists and salons how to safetly and properly do 5 installation methods. I have also launched my own Advanced EDU platform on Instagram (@LittleMethods_AdvancedTraining) for extension artists of all levels who want to dive deeper and have a better understanding of all the amazing and creative ways Hair Extensions can be used!

When it comes to color, I view each client as a new canvas. We talk about what their dream hair would look like, then I form a plan to move us in that direction. Something I take a lot of pride in is the overall health of my clients hair. I will not do anything that will ever harm your hair. I only use products that I swear by and would use myself. I also offer additive options for clients with weaker hair or previously damaged hair to ensure we are strengthening your hair and not weakening it. ‘Lived in color’ and ‘dimensional blonde’ are two of my specialties. I have had extensive training in color placements and techniques to help bring hair to life.

In life outside the salon, I am a wife to an amazingly supportive husband and a mom to little boy and girl who has captured my heart. If I am not chasing around a giggling toddlers, I can be found lost in a good book or creating more beauty in my craft room and wood shop.
